About Gordon Weathers

WHERE I COME FROM
Gordon Weathers has been a proud Stone County resident since 1997, dedicated to serving his community with integrity, conservative values, and a strong sense of responsibility.
PUBLIC SERVICE
Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in public service and financial management through roles such as Reeds Spring City Alderman, Board President for both PWSD #2 of Stone County and Sewer District #1, and as a volunteer with the Southern Stone County Fire Protection District for 14 years, including a decade as Public Information Officer.
He currently serves on the Reeds Spring School Board, the Pathways Project Coalition of the Ozarks Board, and the Table Rock Lake Rotary Club Board, continuing his commitment to education, community development, and service.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Proudly Serving My Neighbors
Professionally, Gordon has led multi-million-dollar organizations in the tourism, retail, and media industries, and today serves as General Manager of Best of Southwest Missouri, working to promote and support local businesses.
Beyond his professional and civic commitments, Gordon is deeply rooted in family life. He and his wife live in Reeds Spring with their son and his father, creating a three-generation household that reflects his commitment to family values. His daughter Lauren and her children also call Stone County home. A proud dad and even prouder “Poppop,” Gordon treasures time with his family and believes in building a future for Stone County that benefits the next generation.
